I recently completed a two month residence at Wallan Secondary College, Victoria.

I created a body of work of ceramic masks and heads which I didn't know what to do with, so I put a sculpture walk in the bush near our home that hugs the coastline, meanders through stands of tea-tree and native coastal shrub…

I was born in the UK in 1949 and immigrated to Australia in the mid 70's. I have been a practicing artist since the early 80's when I completed my BA and went on to do a Masters of Fine Art, majoring in sculpture. I have exhibited in major sculpture exhibitions in NSW, Victoria and Tasmania throughout those years.
I now reside on Flinders Island where I have been creating drift wood artwork and furniture for the last 8 years. I recently developed the local clay and now I am exhibiting Maquette's or small sculptures. With this work I am incorporating the elements of many the materials that surround me.

I am represented by Gallery Pejean in Launceston, Tasmania.
